Upgraded my previous star rating because of the amazing helpful and patient staffer who served my boys and I. Nothing was an issue for her.

While the cinema was clean and the kids love the whole experience, it's understaffed. Purchased tickets on line but had to wait in queue downstairs to get scanned in. The staff are working
as fast as they can but we were held up, got there minutes before the movie started and missed the start because the two staff members were so busy dishing up popcorn and drinks to those in the queue ahead. At other venues patrons who haven't ordered food can skip the queue and go straight upstairs to get scanned in.

Apart from being out of alot of thing's, (Understandable being school holiday's) it was a pleasant experience for the children. The cinema itself was wonderfully clean and the movie in general was great.
