I made a booking for our wedding reception 12 months in advance, everything seemed fine. Then we contacted them a few months before our wedding to see how things were going ect. We were told that they have made another booking on our date and that we cannot have our reception on the date we have booked previously. This has become a huge inconvenience, they did not seem to care.
