Went in to get Australian Police check with fingerprints, but after consulting with Constable H, he said only fingerprints were needed for the Canadian Police Clearance and not necessary to get the Australian Police Check first. He saved me some money. A week later learned from Ottawa that I needed to have the same constable sign under the fingerprints, so I went back and Constable H was very accommodating and I did not have to go through the fingerprinting again and not having to pay any subsequent fees. Had a positive experience with him and the other constables that I interacted with.Would highly recommend them.

Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer and if you wait a couple minutes you are automatically disconnected. Maybe get a call centre in the Philippines?
