Showed up quickly, polite, fixed very old pipe, from my toilet, but 3 days later toilet blocked charged a emergency call out fee, even though it wasn't a emergency. And a exhorbrate price. Won't use them again. Do not recommend.

Had requested what I felt were minor works. Received a very high invoice without labour or materials itemised. No contact at all explaining the problem to me during or after the fix. I got in contact with Jim after who promised to substantiate his work with photos of the issue and an itemised invoice. This never came. Very poor experience.
