Visiting from NSW and traveling through in our Motorhome we needed to have some financial affairs sorted out in person in regard to legal documents, order new cards in relation to accounts we had opened on the road and get general advice. Staff here were fabulous, professional, courteous and most helpful. They provided advice and guidance sorting out all the issues we needed before we could continue on our travels. Highly recommend HSBC generally for banking and this branch in particular for excellence in service. BTW my whole family opened fee free accounts with HSBC and 2% back on every Pay Wave transaction under $ 100 as well as a bonus $ 100 for opening a new account if you bank 2k for 3 months. Security is the most intensive I've ever seen but protects us so no complaints. Thank you HSBC Perth!

Had to contact as they charged me a $30 fee alleging I went over my credit card balance. Good news I was right they were wrong and refunded eventually, second phone call to them I mentioned to the lady I was finding it very hard to hear her possibly due to my hearing aids and her accent. My hearing heard the phone slam down when she hung up on me ! Called back straight away and different person spoke clear and helpful. Wasn’t worried my home loan rate is a bit higher than most but really can’t understand why the staff would be so rude so time to look at changing Be wary as my credit card said available balance $2700 and then paid $2000 bill which almost cost me $30.

I have an application in for home finance. They promised an answer within 1 week. Our broker was told today they are closed, tough luck. Great start with this bank, I give them a big fat Zero....0
Today is day 19, still no answer from HSBC. Still not one reply to our queries. Another big fat Zero.
