The employee Richard who works there has been rude on many occasions.
If Richard is working there, I will now drive past and go to the opposition. The other guy working there is always friendly ( could be the owner or owners son).

The auto wash is a dud - put my car through and ended up with horizontal zebra stripes where the dirt was left on - happy to send you photos and would like a refund
How Very Dare You
The facilities aren't bad but the old bloke wandering around is terribly rude. Purely based on this I wouldn't recommend. Oh, also the driveway is horrible for any cars that are lower to the ground.
Just go to Karwosh in Derwent Park, the man running it is extremely friendly, plus the facilities are good.
