Always been a good experience in comparison to others. It's my go to for a good cinema experience.

Went to see a movie today only to be disappointed by a grumpy completely uncommunicative older cashier woman when purchasing some snacks, didn't smile or say anything. And another particularly rude old ticket women who had the nerve to give me attitude for trying to show her our tickets and see where our cinema was.
Don't know why they allowed these old grumps to be exposed to the public if they don't want to do their literal job with any respect.

Well this is the last time we will ever go to Event Innaloo Gold Lounge. Every time we have been there there is a problem with the food. Either we don't get it, it is not edible or it comes at the wrong time. generally disgusting service.
So last night was no different.
This time my dessert I ordered to come out half way through the movie came out at the beginning, and the second glass of water never came.
My partner and my sister both ordered the Devonshire Tea. The so called scones came came out and were not cooked. All doughy in the middle. had them exchanged and the next ones on the bottom half were like rocks. Again not for human consumption. Plus the tea that should have come with it came out half an hour later. Are you kidding me?
After the movie finished I took the rock cake scone to the counter and showed the staff member. His reply to me sums it all up. He said we gets lots of complaints about these all the time. We keep telling management how bad they are but they won't take them off the menu.
Well they had better start listening or stop selling them as it will end up costing them dearly.

Just have to say dealing with Event was easy. They are very customer based and aim to please. It's great to see a large company that still care about what one person thinks.
