Booked a car via Entertainment that had a discount. Upon pickup, was told we had to pay extra - it seemed that the advertised price was misleading. Could had been Entertainment's poor website but this experience was only bad due to Europcars terrible customer service. The manager and the staff could not confirm or explain this final price and had us wait an additional 40 minutes while they lingered around. The manager was asked for advice but seemed to offer little guidance to his clearly inexperienced staff. Pull your finger out mate
