Looks more like a truck park than a camping area, dump point nearby. No pets due to penguin breeding areas.

Cooee Point Reserve is now a free camping spot for fully self-contained Vehicles. It is managed by the Burnie City Council and permits are required and are available from the Visitors Centre which will allow you to stay for 2 nights. The site is accessible to caravans and big rigs has potable water, rubbish bins, and a dump point.
