Went over there to transfer my land settlement amount but they said "all we can do is raise you limit but you have to do it by yourself". Which I did but You always feel safe to transfer big amounts through the bank to be on the safe side. if your bank asks you to do it by your self (may be because mortgage was not through them) then they deserve 2 stars. One extra as I am generous :)

Stupid open plan with no privacy. Dysfunctional layout and no system in place. Doesn't open til 9.30. School kids do more hours than these guys.
