i liked the truck but i was messed around with for about 3 hours then i asked to go to the toilet and i was refused and then i had an accident in the waiting room

Everything in their terms and conditions is TRICKY! They would do their best to charge you extra for anything. Honestly I’ve never had a worst experience renting a car. If you can go rent somewhere else

After a delayed flight we reached Air port could not give us a car. We called Budget Bulleen as one of our relative suggested. Bulleen organised us a car in no time. Upon arrival staff was great. They had the Vehicle ready for us it was clean and had a freshness to it. On the way back returning vehicle was an easy process.
