My 8 month old was not given any food or water on a 37 degree day, all day it was his 3rd day at the centre. An investigation has occurred and the outcomes has been “poor systems within this centre” they have been breached by the educations standards board, however the staff members responsible are still working within the centre over 3 months after the incident. I would not recommend this centre to anyone. It is independent and ran by a governing council who are not fast acting, not responsible, resourceful or helpful. The department of education does not have control over this centre and can not help you. PLEASE be VERY careful in getting information before leaving your children in someone else’s care. If it wasn’t my child it could have been yours and we are just lucky he is alive and well.
