A very comfortable hotel with good facilities though furnishings in need of update. Some reception staff were inept and slow. Long waiting times when our group arrived even though it was all prearranged? Enjoyed the restaurants, food and service excellent. One day our room was not made up and had to ask twice for clean towels. Loved the pool and spa but some maintenance definitely required on decking boards as well as slippery tiles.

Really nice with a fantastic view of the mountain and golf course. Bed was bliss after so many squeaky hard horrible beds in other accommodations we've been in. Room size was great and had all the little bits that you love when paying that bit extra. Very quiet as well, but we were in block 5. Maybe the others are not so quiet?

When ever I come to Alice I always stay here, it is clean and comfortable. The rooms are inviting and everything you need is right there. Prices are very reasonable.

Great hotel, great atmosphere but I think there's a shortage of staff. Rooms don't always get done in timely fashion.

Great place to stay. Food was good but when they say closing times for meals are ... if its 10am they close at 9.55. Be aware to be well ahead of time.
