Ordered online before we went overseas and collected one we returned to Adelaide. Collection was really quick and easy (take your printed online receipt - makes it so quick). We were still the first through customs and out, even after taking a couple of minutes to collect order. Only negative is the lack of products available online - a quick search of Chanel didn't bring up anything to purchase online, yet they stock quite a range.

Online shopping experience is good. This is my first time purchasing duty free in advance. I’m hoping that I don’t need to wait in the general line to pick up my order. I’ll update this review after pickup if the experience is bad. If not then I’ll be doing it again next time.
Price before discount seemed similar to HK so I was happy with the price after discount.
I agree with the other review that the information about the alcohol on the site could do with some accuracy checking.
